Although we strive to maintain a positive relationship with both current and past residents, there are certain limitations that we must followIn order to be compliant with fair housing laws, Wildflower Villas is required to solely abide by the contract that is written and signed by each resident and our staffPer our executed lease agreement between Wildflower Villas and the complainant, we require a 60-day written notice to vacate the unitHer lease will end on October 31, Unfortunately, she failed to submit her notice before the deadline of September 1, 7015, in order to truly end her residency on October 31"We received the complainant's notice on September 8, 2015, which would put her 60-day written notice through November 8, Being that her lease will be expired, her pro-rated rent amount from November 1g through November 8th will be figured at market rent, plus a $month to month fee, as outlined in the signed leaseThank you for your time and consideration in regards to this matterSincerely, Wildflower Villas Community Director
