A phone call or email to us with your concerns would have been appreciated.
We are willing to include the attic mouse treatment priced on the inspection report at $99.00 for no additional charge.
Trapping mice is not needed...

provided the recommendations on your inspection report are completed. The proposal is for $834.00 minus the $99.00 if you choose to take advantage of our offer.
Please call or email us if you would like to allow us to work with you towards a satisfactory solution.
We will not summarily offer a complete refund for the services you requested we provide.

Dear [redacted],
After payment is received, we would be more than happy to go back to your property and inspect for muskrat activity.
When we spoke on the phone originally, I stated that the traps were kill traps. I also stated that if we could catch that muskrat, then it would be...

guaranteed that the muskrat would not be returning, since the trap would kill the animal. Not only that, but when we spoke on the phone, I also stated that it takes awhile for the muskrat to get accustomed to the trap in their territory and there was no way of guaranteeing the muskrat could be trapped. I am sorry you feel that our service technician did nothing. Scott performed a 45-minute inspection on your property and issued you an inspection report of repairs needed to "critter proof" your home along with his other recommendations.  Scott has over 10 years experience with our company. You could not be in better hands. You had been given prices before agreeing to any service along with full explanations as to what we would be doing. Our service technician was at your property a total of nine different times to check the traps for the muskrat. There was no further indication of muskrat activity for four days prior to the traps being removed. The office also did not receive any communication that there was additional activity.
In addition, I called you on multiple occasions and sent emails to try and receive payment for the original service call and inspection fee before it was submitted to collections. If you had any issue with your bill before it was submitted to collections, it should have been communicated at that time.
Sincerely,
Christina [redacted]General Manager Wildlife Management Services

They did what they said they would do, technically. I was initially taken aback by the high priced inspection ($240); however, felt much better when I was told they would seal up the entry way the mice were using. Instead of fixing the known entry point (which was a more complex fix), the technician filled a hole in some other part of the house where the mice were not getting in.

So, in the end, we paid $240 dollars for someone to tell us what we already knew (the siding needed to be repaired, set bait traps) and spend five minutes filling in a hole that we could have easily done ourselves (and was unrelated to the current problem).

You could get the same for a lot cheaper with [redacted] or [redacted].
