I noticed a large bee swarm on my elderly and disabled neighbor's front yard entirely covering the city's water meter. I called this company for guidance on what to do for the problem. I wanted to know, based on their knowledge and experience, if this would be a city problem or a private resident problem. It is definately a safety hazard for any city employee as well as animals or children who might step into a thousand bee hive. The man who answered (I believe it was the owner) was extremely rude to me and said that "nobody works for free." Then he hung up on me. I actually called him back and told him that I wasn't asking for free services, just his professional advise and that it was rude of him to hang up. He referred me to a bee removal company and then I hung up. I am appalled that this company is actually advertised on the palm beach county animal control website. It appears that they endorse them and who knows how many people have had such an experience as mine.
