Sorry for the delay as I had not seen the original email. This individual Mr. [redacted] is a very troubling person. We have tried repeatedly to resolve the issue but he continues to try and extort money from us or he is going to cause us tremendous trouble. Which...

were his words. He has sent law enforcement over here, game wardens from Texas Parks and Wildlife, and has been harassing us for a period of time. All visits from law enforcement were dealt with complete and total cooperation and law enforcement was encouraging us to press charges against him.   He has been arrested several times for harassment in San Marcus and we are considering the same. I told him from his very first complaint to send us the vet report or give me the veterinarians number which diagnosed the animals to be “diseased” so that we could have some kind of proof about the animals condition which was 12 days after the purchase when they died. When they left our facility they were in good shape and I wanted to talk to the veterinarian and then we would decide how best to help him if we were at fault. He purchased these wild animals with the intension of taming them which I had told him would not work, but he said he could and purchased them anyway. We think he killed them trying to do so but just wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt about the disease issue but needed to speak to the veterinarian which he said he had used and that they were full of diseases. He would not provide the information and then verbally threatened us and called the girls in the office horrible names in repeated emails that he sent to everyone. Those emails had them very upset and fearful. He then crossed the line and demanded in writing that “we pay him to go away or we would be sorry.” I have been in business for over 30 years and dealt with some difficult people but never someone like this. He is troubling to me in the respect that we really don’t know what he will do and with his multiple arrest record for harassment and terroristic threats scares us. Law enforcement recommended that we ignore him and have no further contact so that he might just quit and leave us alone as they saw no fault on our part as we have everything documented and shared the emails with him asking for help to resolve the issue which were met with violent remarks and very insulting language. All animal listings include this disclaimer which he is aware of as he told law enforcement so. “*ALL SALES AS IS, WHERE IS. NO GUARANTEE AGAINST SICKNESS, ACCIDENT OR DEATH. WE ACT AS AGENTS ONLY. REMOVAL SHALL BE AT THE EXPENSE, LIABILITY AND RISK OF THE PURCHASER. THE PURCHASER OF THIS PROPERTY CERTIFIES THAT THEY WILL ASSUME LIABILITY FOR THE PAYMENT OF ANY TAX THAT MAY BE DUE IF THIS TRANSACTION IS NOT EXEMPT FROM SUCH TAX. PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON THE WEBSITE FOR MORE INFORMATION WWW.WILDLIFEBUYER.COM.” Even with this disclaimer I always work with buyers and sellers to resolve issues but I'm not going to just pay someone “to go away or I will be sorry”. He doesn’t wont produce a vet report and wants me to pay for something I warned him not to attempt which failed as I had told him it would. I hope this help and if you would like the emails he sent I would be happy to provide them to you. You can also contact the Real County Sherriff department and the Real County Game warden to get their take on the issue as well if you would like. There was never a sales person as this purchase was done through an auction where he was in charge of his own actions and even made the purchase even though we warned him not to attempt this idea of his before he even bid on the sheep. If I can be of further assistance please let me know and I will place a call to you as well.
Sincerely,
