Ordered trial product and was charged full retail.
Ordered a weight loss/ muscle building supplement. Growth extreme and booster. Paid 4.95 and 5.95 on July 16Th. Have screen shots of every page of ad and payment pages, none stated I would be charged full retail later or was signing up for a subscription. August 8th I was charged 88.97. Called charge card company and was told it was a subscription, I called company and was told that's what I signed up for. In No screen shot I have was that stated or was it on receipts I was sent. The only thing I ordered was a trial of product not a subscription. This business is not operating in an ethical manner at all. Company finally told me they would refund my 88.97 and stop future charges but still haven't seen that. Also this company needs to learn ethics so others are not inconvenience as I have been. I haven't mentioned the product itself but I haven't had any muscle growth as stated in advertising.
I want my money back and for this company to stop unethical and illegal advertising and business practices.

We'd like to apologize for the misunderstanding. We do not offer sample sizes and for this reason you are shipped out a 30 day supply. We allow you to try the product for a limited time of 14 days. Once your trial period expires, you are billed the retail price of the product and enrolled in a monthly subscription to see further results with our product. Our records indicate your account was deactivated and you were fully refunded for the charge of $88.97 when you called in on 8/09. At this time, you will not receive any further billing or shipments. We'd like to apologize for the misunderstanding and any inconveniences this may have caused you.

The premise is that you don't have sample sizes so you charge me after 14 days. In none of your ads, invoices or in any other form do you state those facts. Ommision of facts is the same as lying and is fraud. One should not waste someone's time or money with your unethical practices. Thank you for the refund but I'm writing this so others don't get trapped with you misleading ads. So please change your ways. Picture says it all
