Review: Vehicle was having body work done to passenger corner of vehicle described as minor damage. Repair took 3 weeks with delay after delay and multiple excuses from the proprietor of the shop. The excuses were unprofessional and unacceptable for a repair that should have taken at most one week. The repairs have been inspected by a third party and were noted as being incomplete and poorly executed. When questioned the shop owner became irate and unprofessional.Desired Settlement: Full refund including for parts seeing as some or all of the parts used are aftermarket and not OEM.
