 I moved our of an Akam managed coop in January 2017. That coop was located at [redacted]. The apartment in question was apartment 8G which I sold at that time. There had been a leak in the aparrtment in January 2017 from a radiator in the  bedroom. At the time, the building manager, Adam T[redacted],, promised my husband that he would reimburse us for the cost to repair the flooring in that unit. We have never been reimbursed. We have also contacted Aleta K[redacted], the president of the board at [redacted]., and promised to look into the matter. The super of the building, Paul R[redacted], also told us that the building would reimburse us for the damage given that a plumber called in by the super to increase the amount of heat generated by the boiler, causeda valve to leak. My husband has all correspondence with Mr T[redacted] and dates of repeated phone calls. Mr T[redacted] never rsponds.

HelloWe addressed this issue. Her checks were delivered late. All the maintenance checks for the building go into the same lock box and no one else has this problem. We spoke to the board of her building regarding this issue and they decided not to waive her late fees.

  Incorrect.  I received emails from board member stating per AKam that if I agreed to use their ACH, so they can electronically withdraw my money they would remove the $100 fee, which again was not my problem.  I have been here for over 20 years and it was only this last year that I kept getting repeated late fees, even though my checks were sent on time.  Also, they do not sent the monthly bills till after the 26th of the month which makes it very difficult to pay for the 1st.  As of today they still have not refunded me the $100 even though I did convert to the ACH payment method.  I emailed AKAM again this past week and no one replied to me.  Since they take out automatically now they've taken the $100 wrongfully.
