We received the notification of the complaint filed on November
11, 2016, by Ms*** requesting her security deposit to be refunded
Ms*** did come into the office on November 10, and explained to our Leasing Consultant that she had family problems and would not be able to move to Wildwood. Our Leasing Consultant re-iterated our policy of returning Security Deposit per the signed application, which is refundable if cancellation is received within hours. After speaking with us and our corporate office, Ms*** then decided that she would continue with her scheduled move in
After receiving your complaint today, I personally contacted Ms*** and she confirmed that she was in fact moving to Wildwood on December 9, 2016. She requested that we send her lease via email. I assured her that I would be more than happy to do so

At that time we had a plumber here for other work and also to replace her valve. But we where unable to enter her apartment due to added security she had on her door. Yes I just recently got a maintenance man back here working. And there was other cases and problems that needed to be dealt with first before Ms. [redacted]. We understand her aggravation and we are trying to fixing it. But also recently our new maintenance man got hurt on the job and required emergency surgery on his elbow. As soon as I'm able to send someone over there to replace here valve I'll happily do it.

Deposit will be refunded.
