contacted Wildwood Ridge...by NY State law, landlords are to return deposits, or provide reasons in writing they are withheld, within 45 days from tenant vacating premises...this took 90 days, and only occurred after the Revdex.com intervened. I appreciate the Revdex.com helping to maintain integrity in business transactions and protecting the rights of consumers.
