Wile Motors was to fix the catalytic converter on my *** *** *** Wile proceeded to use faulty parts and the vehicle consistently doesn't run properly, When asked to fix the faulty part(a seal connector), they attempted to charge additional feesHaving spent around $2000, Wile still has yet to fix the problem Wile has only been charging for a band-aid According to a local auto shop, that has also taken a look at the vehicle, there have been similar cases of Wile seemingly praying on younger women I am hoping to have my car fixed at no cost and to have Wile investigated into this dirty dealing

Review: I, a single senior female entered The dealership 7/1/13 JUST to test drive a car.Two-three servicemen where in my area asking if I had another person to discuss a sale. AS soon as I said "No" papers were flying and men were dasding around my head was spinning.1 No carfax was given to me at that time2 gave false information on history of carI felt harried and pressured. No one sat down and broke down the price and items of the sale at all!3No one stated this was a non-refundable or any grace period to think the purchase through.Finally to add to the pressure I was NOT told that a male salesman was to follow me to my secluded private home to receive the title and a check that VERY night!Yes I felt insecure, intimitatedand very pressured and made to feel confused on purpose. Under duress I Purchased a car in good faith thinking that 2013 salespeople don't prey on older single women.

On July 1,2013 [redacted] entered [redacted] Motors responding to a mailer that was sent out for a large sale we were having. Ms. [redacted] was approached by a sales associate, asked if he could assist her, she wanted to test drive a vehicle as she wasn't happy with her current one. While waiting on the vehicle to be pulled up front, Ms. [redacted] was approached by another sales associate and asked if she needed assistance, not realizing she was already being helped, she declined as she was already being helped, the associate then moved on as they don't harass any customer.

It is a fact that [redacted] Motors, Inc. is a Carfax dealer and it's offered on all our sites for all our vehicles. A carfax report is available to all customers upon request in our dealership.

After the test drive, Ms. [redacted] showed interest in trading her vehicle in. We offered her a trade value on her vehicle as we provided the cost of ours along with the breakdown of taxes, reg fees and dealer conveyance fee. She accepted the deal as explained and wanted to take the vehicle the same day. For the convenience of Ms. [redacted], the sales associate offered to pick up the trade title at her house as we needed it for the deal to take place and the customer offered to give him a check for the deal then as well.

During the delivery process the Finance Manager printed all the legal documents as required for the deal and all cost related items were listed, agreed upon and signed for.

After that day Ms. [redacted] visited the dealership a couple of times for questions about how to operate certain items in the vehicle, never communicating that she was unhappy with her experience. The first time we learned about her unhappiness was with the complaint to Revdex.com. To figure out how to remedy the complaint we reached out to Motor Vehicle and were informed that the deal couldn't be unwound as the vehicle was registered and been driven for over a week, and her trade was located at an auction as well.

We offered to buy the 2011 Hyundai Elantra back from the customer and sell her back her trade, which would have to go through our service safety inspection. In the process Ms. [redacted] would lose her taxes paid on the deal and would have to pay an additional registration fee.

This remedy for the complaint was explained clearly to Ms. [redacted] which she declined to it and explained that she was content with keeping the vehicle she had purchased and had no other issues or concerns at this point.

We feel that we have resolved this issue to the satisfaction of the customer at this time.

Review: We've been asking repeatedly to be taken off the mailing list. They promised us every time the issue would be taken care off.

We're still receiving their advertising garbage.Desired Settlement: Take me off the mailing list. I do not wish to receive any mailings from this Company again

We try diligently to respond to all our customers concerns, unfortunately we do have some customers that will receive mail from us that wasn’t removed. We had no customer under [redacted] listed however we did have a [redacted] which could be the explanation for the current mailings if the request only came in for [redacted] and not [redacted] as well. since the customer stated we have requested, we have removed the address from our mailing list..
