I began service with Wiles Outdoors in Summer The first month of service, they ran over a foot tall fig sapling, and I did not complain because I supposed it might have been mistaken for a weed Starting February 2015, I received double charges on my card Contacting the owner, it was argued that they did not double the charge and did not receive the funds in question despite the charge being identical to every other charge they made and my bank showing the payment going to Wiles Outdoors Double charged again in March and once again had to contact my bank for the reversal of the second charge April comes around and once again there is a double charge, pairing with me finding a pecan sapling (ft sapling that has been there since I moved in to my house in 2010) had been run over and cut off at the ground There was no response from the owner Double charged once again for May and it's the last straw I have cancelled my service and after multiple emails, there has been no comment in regards to my destroyed trees

work not good The said they can check the yards for paper or other or other litter and they said they didn't have time to do that They are on riders and don't get off to remove anything They rode over paper and a tree branch and I had paper and sticks all over my yard They were find with it

I hired Wiles when I bought my houseThe service was great until the last six months or soThe quality of work was horribleI informed the company by email about things not getting cut like edging or blowing the leaves off my stairs which has always been done beforeAnother incident happened when they broke one of my water pipes and didn't even tell meI came with my yard flooded and I had to run and shut the water off with a work suit onI complained and they had someone come out the same day to fix itI was okay but the last incident really made me madIn October I reported that they broke the base of my sons basketball goalThey started they will replace it but never did after many emails I decided to cancel them since it has been three months and never got a new one

Although the personnel doing the work were friendly. They cut the grass too short.
When they use the grass trimmer the grass was taken down to about 1/2 inch. I complaint to the operator of the trimmer and instructed him how to properly trim without scalping the yard. He continued as instructed that day but next visit the same problem.

There were several placed in the yard that were cut low by the mower and browned in about a week. I had to over water manually and fertilize as it tries to recover. The first thing to recover is weeds. The president of the HOA was speaking to me about my yard and said her lawn service providers were doing the same thing to her; she just does not know where to turn. She is unable to cut the grass at her house.

By driving very fast the mover's fron wheels knock down the grass and when the cutter deck goes over that area at high speed the grass does not get cut. The result is noticable strips of grass were the mover's front wheels have traveled.

Further high speed turns left the grass peeled our of the ground in some areas.

I have the largest yard in the subdivision. It is on the main entrance the property manager complains to me if it does not look good.

A sprinker head was broken first cut. I had spare parts and the crew lead offered to install it for me. 6 cuts later when I was not at home one of the main sprinkler heads (with concreat donut protector) setting tight against a stone border was broken. I was told they do not drive the riding mower within 6 inches of the stones.

When I first moved in this house three years ago it took me 4 months to get the yard in shape. I then received Yard-of-the-Month awards.

I do not like the standard statements from lawn companies when I complain. Their statement is we just can't please you..

They are here at my house now and I spoke to the crew lead. He said we just can't please you. I pointed out to him where he had trimmed the grass next to the stone wall and reminded him I had spoken to him before about trimming to low..

I said you have not been here in two weeks and the grass there is only about an inch high and that is only because I have to manually water the areas you scalp.

He admitted it was to low but I will go back to doing my own work.

For anyone reading this; I should explain how things work in Oviedo for lawn service. Everyone wants your business in the winter when they only have to cut once a month but when the season gets busy they try to cut out large lawns by damaging things to give you an excuse to fire them.

The last lawn service company did fine from November 2010 until april 2011 then he broke a sprinkler head every week he cut until I fired him.
