I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this offer appear below:
Our issues with Cassa Bella Property Management have nothing at all to do with the response given by them. The response indicated that there were transactions or circumstances not well understood, likely due to recent changes in the board of directors. Three board members have been on the board since conception and have not changed. There has never been a good relationship with the board, the board just trusted that Cassa Bella was running the finances properly. Once suspiscious activity was observed by the board and questions were asked, Cassa Bella stopped responding. 1.) We don't receive returned phone calls or e-mails. When we ask (numerous times,) there is still no response. 2.) There are delays in paying our contractors after we send approval to Cassa Bella. Our prior snow removal company hired by the original board members, refused to work with us two years ago because of not being paid timely. 3.) When we ask for a detailed summary on what Cassa Bella is charging, we don't receive it4.) Our builder pays no dues what so ever. According to Cassa Bella, he is not required to. 5.) They refuse to show us the break down regarding the legal fees we pay and continued charging us when we notified the company to stop administrative services due to our finances. 6.) A resident who filed bankruptcy (owing over $to our association) paid money to the builder by accident. *** said he would look into that and get the issue resolved. It's been months, and we have no information or money from the residents. Regards,
