Total invoice paid was for $400, this included new shingles, flashing, and dry wall work Korrect sent me a check for $which indicated this was for the flashing work not completed This was not a refund This was for work never completed

Original complaint filed in July below: I contracted Korrect General Contracting to replace the shingles and flashing on the exterior of my homeThis area involved approximately at x foot porch roof that leakedThey were also to repair the drywall around one of the windows that was damagedI received a written quote to do all the work for $While expensive, I agreed to the repairsFirst, the shingles were replaced, however, the shingles we agreed to were not a color match and a different product was substitutedThere was no adjustment to the price, even though the cost of the substituted materials was lessSecondly, the shingles were replaced, but the the flashing was notUpon my discussion with the sales associate, he indicated that his price quote only covered of types of flashing and that if I wanted all the flashing repaired, it would cost extraIf I did not want the flashing repaired, he would knock $off the total price of the repairSecondly, when the drywall sub contractor came to repair the drywall, he indicated he was a painterThe repair of the drywall was planned as simply a repaintI had been explicit with the sales associate that some of the drywall needed to be pulled and replaced, and he acknowledged this in writingWhen we sent the painter away and I spoke to the sales associate again, he informed me that if I wanted the whole damaged area fixed, there would be an additional chargeIf I elected not to have them complete the repairs, my total bill would be $for new shingles, as that was the "minimum size of job" they would doI am now out $and have to find another roofer come complete the work that Korrect did not do properly the first time, and I have no recourse to recoup the $as I have been waiting for a call from the owner of the company to resolve for the last weeksCompany indicated they would contact me to resolve the issuemonth has passed and I have heard nothingTranslateDesired Resolution / OutcomeDesired Resolution:Billing AdjustmentselectDesired Outcome:I would like a refund for the deceptive estimating and intent to bilk additional funds from me
