Complaint number Inboxx [redacted] 4:PM (hours ago)to me I apologize for the delay in our response, but with above average temperatures, we have been extremely busy.I feel this is an unjustified complaint.After the customer was told how much the repair would cost, and the age and condition of the system, he gave a verbal "yes" to replace his system, rather than repairI told him with the extreme heat and volume of calls we had, we were just trying to keep all of our customers' cooling on, so I would temporarily repair the unit at no charge since he had agreed to purchase the new system and that we would be back within two weeks for the replacement.On June 3, 2016, the customer called wanting to renegotiate everything, disputing the facts and saying he never signed anythingWhat he had given, in fact, was his verbal commitment/approvalAfter several minutes on the phone, I told the customer that he doesn't owe the company anything, and do not call back in the futureHe asked if I would match another bid from another company if he got one, and I told him no, and reiterated that he doesn't owe the company anything and do not call back.Our extremely high rating with the Revdex.com and Angie's List speaks for itself, over years.As stated in the beginning, the complaint is unjustified, the customer owes nothing, and I would appreciate the complaint being removed.Thank you for your consideration[redacted] Sent from my iPad
