I was contacted for a place to stay and I explained I did have something but it needs repairsBecause they needed a place they offered to make repairs if I provide the materialI also agreed to credit one months rentThe tenant tore out the flooring but did not make repairs as agreed, so I made the repairsThe tenant also made unauthorized repairs on the front of the trailer The tenant was months behind on rent and I filed for eviction May 16, and the police served papers May 20th
