If only I could leave negative stars. This location is in Cave Creek not sure why it will not allow me to change the one I received service from but anyway. Address: ***. I brought my truck over to them to have an alignment done. I was quoted a price of around $70. I asked them to also bleed the brakes and they quoted me $60. I received a call a few hours later letting me know they had bad news. The alignment had not been done because my brakes Master Cylinder is bad and if that is all it is the cost would be an additional $670 but it may be the booster as well but they could not tell and that would cost $1200. I asked him to just do the alignment I will deal with the brakes. I mean bleeding brakes is simple I was having them do it since the car needed an alignment. I also did some research and if I performed the repairs myself it would cost me less than $400. The problem is they would not do the alignment if I did not get the brakes done. I told them that I would be right over and have my car towed to another shop. I had the car towed to *** and with the alignment and brakes bled total cost was $144. The truck has been running fine for 5 weeks now. Mind you the is a 2003 *** one of the easiest trucks to service and get parts for and cheap. I also had mentioned to them that I was performing the repairs on this truck for my son because it was stolen and they did a number on it which the insurance did not cover. I was trying to save money doing the repairs myself "*** University" but an alignment machine I do not have. I would avoid this place even in desperate times you will be better served towing your car to a repair shop far away and or even the dealership would have been cheaper. Oh BTW there is a long stream of these types of stories on the *** App.

Been using these guys for a couple years now and could not be more pleased! Fair prices, honest, and very professional. They are always accommodating, as well. Highly recommended.

I had my car , which overheated, towed to Wilhelm. They called and said there was a block failure and I would need a new engine. Called back next day with a quote of $6300-$9000. I had car towed back home and rented a car, while I searched for a different car to buy. A few days later after buying another used car I found someone for a second opinion. He showed there was no block failure ( I have pictures of tools indicating that) and diagnosed a leaky radiator. My car was repaired for under $500. Now I have an extra car, and spent $254 on rental car for week. I believe they were defrauding me and trying to get me to spend far more than needed.- up to $8600 more than needed.
