This letter is in responce to the ridiculous claims made by [redacted].  What she asked me to do during the estimate was to clean out her over flowing packed spoutings and the bottom 2-3 rows of siding that the water over flowing from filled spoutings caused splashing of dirt below....

 She also asked me to clean the right side mold off her steel roof and in front of her front door porch area.  One area on the back side of house and her deck.  I did "The Whole House, The Whole Garage, The Whole Deck & as much of roof as possible.  What I did was her Whole house &  2 car attached garage. 1/2 of her roof that I could reach! Note..."You cannot walk on a steel roof thats moldy & steep and wet.  Its like a sheet of Ice! I explained that to [redacted].  I told her I thought I could get most of it off...Which I did!  I also did her whole 16 x 20 deck and 2 sets of steps and all the rails.  The Average Cost of a 2 story home with garage is $500.00.  The average deck cost is $275.00 for that size.  And roofs are $300.00 - $500.00, depending on steepness.  But she already knew I could only do what I could reach.  I did about $1,075.00 worth of work for her and I only charged her $400.00.  And now she wants me to do more for her for FREE!  The area sh's complaining about was never mentioned during the estimate.  After she signed the contract, she had the nerve to come out and ask my worker and I if we would also do all her front porch cement and the sidewalk.I did everything in the contract plus 10x more than I was supposed to do.  If she wants to pay me fair value for all I did then I will do the 5 minutes of additional work she added.
