My response to this would have been that *** acknowledged that an improperly placed downspout was the likely cause, and that *** was responsible for the repair. Even if this were not the cause, freshly poured cement does not sink on properly prepared new land after only weeks. *** scheduled Jabez Construction to perform the repair over a year ago, and they have been unable to find time, which is hard to believe. I am grateful that they are going to repair the issue, but a year old problem should be their top priority, even in a busy season. Especially after I've used my own personal vacation days sitting at home waiting for Jabez to arrive on previously scheduled days.As noted in the Revdex.com's response above, I am still waiting to hear the approximate date (exact date would be better), so I don't think this complaint should be closed.Thanks,*** ***440-251-

I've attached pictures of the area that has settled Unfortunately, it does not allow for me to attach more than items In addition, I'd like to attach the Residential Construction Performance Guidelines for Professional Builders & Remodelers, Fourth Edition This is the manual given to me by the Home Builders Association of *** ***; it provides guidelines and standards that home builders must adhere to when building a home, and servicing warranty items Sections 12-4-and 12-4-on page are the specific standards that are not met As seen in in the attached pictures, the difference in height is nearly inches, far exceeding the standard of 1/inch This has been the case since I moved in I would also like to attach the warranty request documents that show I've properly informed *** *** of the problem, days after closing, which is the time period I also have years of emails with *** that I can send if necessary Also, when *** came into do additional warranty work, I signed completion documents for the other work, but it was noted on these documents that concrete repair was still open with Jabez Construction, and they would return at a later date Unfortunately, they did not leave me a copy of these documents, but they should still be on file with ***.Because of the attachment limitation, I will send the additional information via email to ***
