I am rejecting this response because:
This is a reoccurring problem that has gone on since installation of the doors They came out and put a "bandaid" on the issue and this is not acceptable I have been told this is the mechanism that Anderson Windows is using now If that is the case, this is substandard and I would prefer a new door, or at least provisions made to make the door work properly We also have the issue with the back door at the same time and have called many times to complain and ask for help without response after one initial visit I just want the problem resolved

To Whom it May Concern:Please see the attached documents regarding this complaint:1. Exhibit A - The cost of the two storm doors supplied to customer by Wilke Window & Door.2. Exhibit B - The most current signed service request, which was signed by the customer, signifying that work was competed by Wilke Window & Door on January 6, 2017.3. Exhibit C - Certified letter sent to the customer from Wilke Window & Door offering to remove and refund the two storm doors involved in the complaint.Wilke Window & Door and the manufacturer of the storm doors, [redacted] Corporation, both have made several attempts to satisfy the customer, to no avail. [redacted] Corporation has communicated to the customer that their doors are designed and operating properly.In a certified letter dated January 31, 2017 (attached), Wilke Window & Door has offered to remove the storm doors at our expense, and refund the total cost of the product.  Since the manufacturer, [redacted] Corporation, has found no fault in the product, we are out of options, and will consider this matter closed.Thank you,[redacted]PresidentWilke Window & Door, Inc.

I am rejecting this response because: by giving us the cost for the two storm doors, they leave us with nothing to protect the interior doors.    We had storm doors up and they were removed when the new installation was done.      They are asking to refund $730 for two doors.     This does not work for us because we have priced storm doors and are unable to replace the ones up with new doors.      We are just dealing with what is here because we've been given no choice.     They say the doors work properly yet my wife cannot even unlock the door on the front.     Wilke did try, very hard, Anderson did contact us, and we had a lengthy conversation, we know they have done all they can do about the existing doors as they stand.     If they remove the existing doors, new doors will have to be put up in their place that are comparable to the price of these.      I am not trying to give anyone a hard time.    Wilke has tried and tried hard, it just seems there should be some form of resolution that makes us all happy.
