I will never use Wilkerson Insurers again! I just moved here from out of state and bought six months of insurance through Wilkerson Insurers and explained that I wanted to pay all six months up front and I did, I paid them over [redacted] and was told that I would not have to worry about anything until the six months lap was almost over and it would be time to renew. That would have been great except they forgot to tell me that I have to complete an online survey with the insurance provider they found for me or I would get a [redacted] bill and that when I called them to see why I have a bill at all after I paid over [redacted] just a month ago and I was told that I wouldn't have to worry about anything! Yeah right!!!! [redacted], that refused to give me her last name or an employee # told me that she could waive all but [redacted] and that it was my fault for not reading all of my e-mails that I get. As if AMERICA really reads every piece of junk mail we get wanting us to fill out a survey. I only know this person that I spoke with as [redacted], she REFUSED to give me a corporate number or let me speak with her manager! After I insisted to speak with her supervisor she actually hung up on me! I was not yelling or speaking in any way inappropriately, I just wanted to speak with her manager and that was an absolute NO. Wilkerson Insurers INC at 321 E Sunshine In Springfield Mo is absolutely the rudest not caring excuse of a wanna be business. After all that I still never even got an "I'm sorry" from [redacted] at Wilkerson Insurers.
