Per our records [redacted] lived in the property from February 2010 until January 2015. Upon...

vacating the property a move out inspection was completed. It was determined the property had not been cleaned per the lease terms. A cleaning company was sent and the charge was deducted from the tenant's security deposit.[redacted] PM held a security deposit in the amount of $1750, which was processed in accordance to the lease terms and Virginia state law. [redacted]s deposit was returned to him minus the $165 cleaning charge.
Enclosed you will find the cleaning invoice, pictures of the property at move out, and a statement of the account.Per the complaint [redacted] wished to receive a refund of his deposit, which has occurred.
