Review: I visited this facility on Thursday, March 9, 2015. I worked with salesman Ryan regarding trading my Nissan Maxima, however I never signed any paperwork giving my consent to run my credit, nor did I test drive a car. Yesterday, I receive a call from Ryan advising he had contacted my financial institution regarding my credit/finances and a deal had been worked. First of all this was done without by consent behind my back which I do not appreciate. I even have saved texts from Ryan advising I would contact my bank, which I can provide if needed. Ryan made me a deal, that I could trade my maxima for a 2009 Dodge Charger and would be out the door with the vehicle for $13,000. I made the trip to this facility today, and was advised by Ryan he was confused and the 13,000 deal was with me not trading my car??? Can you say false advertisement, along with invasion of privacy?? I also spoke with the Sales Manager regarding this situation which is completely unacceptable. He was no help. Please contact me by phone.Desired Settlement: I would like the deal previously provided to me, as you had no right to contact my bank without my consent, make me a deal and then retract.

I have spoken with Mr. [redacted] concerning this complaint. He has informed me that if Mr. [redacted] would like to buy the vehicle for $13000.00 he may certainly do so but that does not include a trade being that the value of the trade is not in with that price.

Review: My complaint is on the company Wilkes Nissan. I started my search many months ago for my first purchase I drove nearly an hour away and chose to purchase with this company. At first the buying experience seem to be good, it seems as thought they were honest. In buying a vehicle I made it very clear that I wanted a good warranty. I ask the sales rep if there was a certified warranty he checked and said no, he then told me there was a 100k mile warranty to cover my the 2014' Altima(only around 4k at the time) that I wanted to purchase even though the certified(oil changes ect.) was not available to me I could get that so I was perfectly fine with that. After this I just signed paper work under his good word that things were as they should be. A few weeks later I started receiving letters from 3rd party warranty places trying to sale me a warranty and that is when I realized there was no warranty, but the 36k mile warranty that actually was factory and came with the car. The only explanation given to me by the sales rep. is that he was sorry if he told me that. I called back several times and talked to two other men. Each with a different reasoning or story. One said you signed the paper work its your word against him. The other guy did at least tell me that I had one other "factory warranty" on my car which made me feel some what better(not 100k only 50K). The best explanation that the last guy said was that he had a talk with the sales rep and explained the warranties to him. Mind you the guy had been there 3 years. That still does not help me with my warranty. They never returned calls. After they received my money I was no longer important to them. I feel ripped off and there was no resolution and I just gave up calling. I felt because I was a women they also took advantage of me as well. This is really just the tip of the iceberg I could keep going and going. This complaint may not help me, but at least it may help some other honest hard working citizen from going through the the same thing.Desired Settlement: I would love my extended warranty from the company As I was told I had.

I have spoken with Mr. [redacted] concerning the warranties for Mrs. [redacted] covered vehicle. Mr. [redacted] would like for me to apologize for any confusion that she has with the warranty. He has informed me that she does have the 3yr/36,000 bumper to bumper warranty and she also the 5yr/60,000 mile powertrain warranty for this vehicle. The 100,000 mile warranty is available if Mrs. [redacted] would like to purchase it. Again, Mr. [redacted] would like to apologize for any confusion on this matter. ThanksJulie P[redacted]

Review: I gave the company $500 to hold a car that my wife was going to purchase. The sale fell through and now they're being very slow at giving me my refund since we didn't get the car. It has been 3 days and still not refund.Desired Settlement: $500 + $500 for the inconvenience.

I am rejecting this response because:

I was also informed from another dealer that we purchased from that Wilkes Nissan also ran our credit 16 time to bring my wife and my credit score down. I would like to know the reason for that and think that we should be compensated for that.

Regards,

Review: Almost two months ago my wife and I purchased a new 2015 Nissan Rogue from Nissan of wilkes. We traded in her 2012 Toyota. Almost two months later I receive a bill in the mail from Toyota finance say Toyota finance for you saying I had not paid my bill on a car I no longer had. The Nissan dealership had never payed off my trade in. When I called the dealership and explained the issue their response was everyone is busy and we will have to call you back. This is the worst business practices and management I have ever dealt with. This is my credit they are toying with. I do not recommend anyone have dealings with Nissan of Wilkes.Desired Settlement: Resolve most of the matter ASAP and a apology from the dealership and to be sure my credit has not been affected.
