***, Srand *** ***, Jrwho reside at * *** ***Wilkes-Barre, PA ***.On January 11, *** ***, Srcame into the office stating that he would not be renewing his lease with Wilkeswood Apartments when it expires 3/22/He was given the intent to vacate paperwork for all parties to sign and bring back to the leasing office.On January 12, 2018, *** ***, Jrcame into the office and dropped off the intent to vacate paperwork and it was signed by an authorized representative for Wilkeswood Apartments.On January 12, *** *** Sr and Jrboth received, by hand delivery, the move-out guidelines and pre-walk notificationThe pre-walk of their unit was conducted on January 18, 2018.In the meantime I received by certified mail, dated January 12, from *** *** *** the intent to vacate paperwork once again and filed a complaint with the Revdex.com on same date.Wilkeswood Apartments does acknowledge the intent to vacate and has all necessary paperwork needed for the move out on 3/22/2018.
