11/14/2014 reroof completed on 11/20/214. The old roof did not have exhaust vents on the roof (8" roof vent) for the exhaust vents for the bathroom nor did Mr [redacted] choose to pay to put in additional vents on the roof. Everything that is listed on the contract was performed completed and signed of by Mr [redacted]. Additional work that was added to the original contract was that 70 sheets of 3/4" decking were used to replace bad decking and 35 - 2' x 6" x 10' boards were used to brace up sagging rafters to level off the roof. These repairs were done to satisfy the inspector who originally inspected the property prior to the sell of the home.
