The business provided inaccurate information and I have proof that I never received any formal mail notification that this bill was going into collections I spoke with the Manager Nicole on May **, to advise that the insurance company needs to investigate why I owe additional $98,to this business and she stated that fine I spoke with Maddy of Billing the first week of June 2017; she didn't mention that this payment was sent to collections I told Her that I will follow up with my insurance company regarding the status of my inquiry She said okay and they ended our conversation I contacted my insurance provider on June *** and was advised that the missing check was only mailed February **, and I was not aware of this payment because I never received itAnd they stated that I don't only any further payments once they receive this payment

The customer’s service date was 01/**/This customer was informed of our billing protocol prior to her service date which she agreed to by signing our "patient financial responsibility"The form acknowledges that she understood her role in regards to the billing and payment processThe

Lexington Plastic Surgeons has a policy in place that clearly states the no refund policy for booked surgical procedures for reasons other than lack of medical clearance. This was put into place because a great deal of time and attention is spent to arrange a patients surgery day. Patients are...
