Wilkins Lawncare Maintenance

We met [redacted] Wilkins through a new neighborDidn't know anything about him but thought if he did a good job in our neighbor's home, then certainly we could support his business and give him a tryWe were finally able to get MrWilkins to come to our home and install rodsHe came at the end of a day and brought along with him another worker to assist him While installing one of the rods in the living room, MrWilkins installed one end and his worker installed anotherIt wasnt' until after they had left, when checking all of the rods, discovered that the rod on the larger window was crookedUpon a closer look, we noticed that the screws were inserted incorrectly, double screws were in the wall and they were crooked which in turn made the rod crooked and the curtains hung were in balanced (crooked) We reached out to MrWilkins a few times and left messages; He never returned a callWe attempted again to leaving a message about the uneven rod and problem with the screws, asking if he could come back to fix themWe asked that he give us a call to discuss but again, he never called backWe made one final attempt to call him as we expressed our disappointment in lack of responding to our previous messages and stated that we simply wanted him to come and fix the error that was made when hanging the rodsWe not only paid him but tipped him very well for his services and because he was recommended To date, we have NEVER heard from [redacted] Wilkinsno response to our messages, no call back, nothing! We have reached out to our neighbor to explain what happened, and she too was very upset that this happened to usShe felt even worse because she referred him and his services or lack of ability to respond to his customers was very unprofessional From this point on, we will not recommend him to any of our neighbors, friends, family or co-workers simply because the manner in which this situation was handled was less than professional and very unacceptable

From this point on, we will not recommend him to any of our neighbors, friends, family or co-workers simply because the manner in which this situation was handled was less than professional and very unacceptable.
