The Business States, They have been attempting to contact the consumer but the phone number does not go into voice mailThe business also informed the Revdex.com that the consumer needs to clarify which dealership they had an issue with since the dealership on record has no knowledge of the customer
buying a car from themThe business wants to know if the dealership was in Goshen NY or did they mean Healy Ford and not Healy Chevrolet.The Revdex.com requests the customer to send us as well any back up material to attach to your file so we have a better understanding of the issues and the dealership in question. I am rejectimg this response due to the fact that al of these issues were pre existingIn fact the car was boughtwith a check engine light on that they cleared before we drove it off the lotI have a statement that it failed in the emissions exam the day the car was purchasedI simply want the buisness to take responsibility in the fact they sold me a car they knew nothing about and was defectiveGoing to a dealership I'm expect to be buying a car with no issuesNot spend 26,on a car with multiple problems that I in fact did not caise being as though I have reports to prove itIf you would like I will glady fax them over to youEven though you should have them on file as it was from your car shop in which the car failed inspectionI repeat again you sold me a car that was defective I would like compensation for all the money I spent repairing the vehicle.

As stated previously, the clutch is not a covered item under used car NYS law, it is a wear and tear part, and the clutch failure was due to consumer misuse. However, to assist we provided all parts at no charge to the consumer. If there is an oil leak we are more than happy to look at the car with no charge to diagnosis the leak; and if we are responsible or feel it was a pre-existing condition we will repair it at no charge. In April of 2017 I put in a claim against Healey Mitsubishi with the Revdex.com because they made an unauthorized credit inquiry on March **, 2017.  They responded on May **, 2017, however, I did not have ample amount of time to respond and did not note their response until May **, 2017. At this point the claim was already closed. However, my issue was not resolved and I would like to state the reason why.  On May *, 2017 the General Manager, Mr. K[redacted], claimed that I provided all the information needed to run a credit inquiry. They used my address, yes I did provide my address when making the appointment to come in for a test drive, however I was not expecting a credit inquiry to be run with it. In any event, I am disputing one of the two inquires (  "general inquiry" and "account review inquiry") that appear on my credit report. Mr. K[redacted] admits that a credit inquiry was performed to give me an accurate interest rate according to CFPB regulations. First I argue where in the regulation does it state that? Furthermore, the only inquiry, if any, should be  "account review" inquiry based on the information Mr. K[redacted] provided on May 4, 2017. The "general inquiry" should not appear at all. A general inquiry is performed when you are making a purchase, or requesting a loan, which I was not nor did not. In addition, I could have provided my score myself if I knew they wanted it, this information is free on several bank account websites and through other financial websites such as CreditKarma. I did not need a accurate interest rate because I did not intend to purchase. I came in for a test drive. I have been on several test drives, as I have the right to shop, and no one has ever performed any kind of inquiry after a test drive to tell me how much a vehicle may cost.  Lastly, Mr. K[redacted] states that I (the consumer) "[redacted]". I have already contacted the credit bureau and I have been informed that  a letter of inquiry deletion from the creditor, Healey Mitsubishi, is required in order for them to do so. I can not just ask for it to be removed with out this necessary document.  Since the General Manager admits that a inquiry was performed to give me a "accurate quote" they should have no problem providing a letter of inquiry deletion for the "general inquiry" which was not authorized. I am sending a letter with my second attempt to collect the "letter of inquiry deletion".  I would like for Healey Mitsubishi to provide me with a letter of inquiry deletion for the "general inquiry" performed on March **, 2017 in order to resolve this claim. Thank you again, for considering my claim, your time and attention to this matter.  Sincerely, [redacted]
