Horrible Customer Service!!! I called and left messages for 3 days, without a return call. They were suppose to file a release of lien but instead filed the form for the first steps in fore closure. It has been 6 months and they still have not filed the correct form. I am sure this filing will haunt us for years to come on our credit. They do respond with incoherent e-mails, that are only in capital letters!
In the four months we have our 7 mortgages with them the only one that answers a call occasionally is the receptionist. Bad customer service!
