I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. BUT I AM DISAPPOINTED THAT THEY DID NOT BOTHER TO CALL BACK SOONER TO EXPLAIN THIS ONCE THEY GOT THE MONEY AND THAT I DO NOT GET MY PRODUCT UNTIL WELL AFTER JULY (NOT JUNE AS WAS IN EMAIL) 15TH WHEN THE CHECK CLEARED JULY 3RD (NOTE JUNE) GVING THEM CASH BEFORE JULY 4TH!

Will called and provided verbal response: Consumer has had the unit back for month now and she can easily see that all the keys that she could not read on her previous board are now readable on the new board. The proof is in the keyboard, the shift light is also operable now. New board is clean and operable. She got more than she paid for, we went above and beyond for her. It just wasn't listed on the invoice, but you can clearly see what has been done.
Please review my return letter sent on 9/11/17 with comments and their 9/5/17 copy: Missing replacement of several keys with worn off letters, agreed upon return shipping method, and return date info. Explanations are not being given on these items, slowing full compliance over 67 days.Please comply fully.
We are doing our very best to meet the wishes of her choices of what she wants on her machine. I've provided her a complete list of what the possibilities were and we revised it twice as she requested in writing. 99 % of our customers decide over the telephone what they want done. required us to do this in writing several times. Finally we received her check, she decided what she wanted done, and now we are currently work on it. I feel that this complaint is resolved.
