To whom it may concern;*** *** *** has been in contact with Ms*** went out on August 5, to inspect her AC system that was not running at the time. Upon his inspection he proceeded to let Ms*** know she has a leak in her condenser coil and would be better off replacing
the unit that repairing it She agreed to replace the unit and applied for financingThe next day she did cancel the install to replace her unitMs*** is only being charged for the parts to get her cooling that day not for the restock fee. *** the AC manager spoke with her today August 10, and came to the agreement she would only pay for the part we are not charging her for the coolant we put in for her We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused

We did come out to the job and service the unit on that date and I have spoken to the tech the unit will not come on when plugged inWe can send a Water Softener tech to his house this week if Mr*** will call my cell at 210-*** so I can get our expert to his house at no service charge and if the unit needs work I will discount the repairs dramaticallyWe are willing to help get this system back up and runningPlease let me know.***

we made a attempt to clear the sewer lineWe will never promise the line will ever open because sewers are not suppose to clog upI have given the daughter who owns the house my number and we are willing to remove our cableWe will not repair the break only remove our stuck cable in the clients

This was a company that was not in business anymoreWe bought this company's phone number in and did not buy its debt or contractsThat companies names were *** *** ***,*** ***We purchased a phone number and our company is registered with the state as " Austin Air Rescue
LLC"We have a DBA Texas All ProUnfortunately we do not have warranties for any products bought prior to November Mr*** called the number and we offered service and he refusedI am willing to help him with some major discounts to help him with the product that is not working properlyPlease call my cell 210-*** my name is ***Please let me know if there is anything I can do for you
