10514646All repairs at Gordon Automotive are guaranteed for one year or 12,miles If there is a problem with a repaire completed at Gordon Autonmotive, we will be happy to warranty that repair if there is a defect with the parts or installation.Mr [redacted] brought his [redacted] to Gordon Automotive on February 18, 2015, with a noise in the front end of the car The problems included both the front strut mounts and the sablilizer/swaybar links Gordon Automotive replaced the front strut mounts with new strut mounts and had the car aligned The existing parts, as mentioned before, were worn and needed to be replaced and would certainly caused the nose in the front of the car Additional work was not requested at the time of repair

The ONLY document that has to do with checking my car into Gordon's is the document that I GAVE THEMSee my note to Gordon's dated Feb.10, 2015, attachedAlso see, attached, Gordon's invoice that they gave me after work was doneThe FRONT STRUTS MOUNTS made no change whatsoever to the rattle in the front end of my carThere is no way they could have test driven the car and missed the rattleThey returned the car to me with the very same rattle as when I took it in to themI trust you now have enough information to take the next step on this complaintPlease call me*** Thanks!! *** *** ===========================
