Willamette Legacy, LLC Reviews (2)

To those concerned Keller Williams Realty has been established for over years serving clientele In the Mid-Willamette Valley and this is the first time we have received a complaint through the Revdex.comIt saddens us as a firm to be faced with these chargesDan H*** is one of our
top agents and always strives to do the right thingWe are very proud that In the years he has been with us doing a very high volume of transactions, that this Is the first time he has had a complaint lodged against his practicesIt Is not something we ever want and strive to create a "WOW" experience for allOur firm represented the seller in this case and not the buyerAs part of the listing, the seller had offered the Home Warranty In MLSHowever when the seller received the offer, the buyer had marked the box saying she did not want the warranty and signed this agreementIt is unfortunate that the buyer's agent did not adequately represent the complainant's interests during the transactionThis should have been the end of the storyLegally, she had contractually bound herself to receiving no warranty! However our agent, Dan, asked the buyer's agent, "Are you sure your buyer doesn't want a warranty?" The agent said "Yes, she actually did." At that point she made no effort to write an addendum requesting one for her client to change the contractDan's assistant was asked to make sure she did get it, and then ended up leaving his team before closing and did not follow through, unbeknownst to himDan had thought the assistant had it in place for the buyerAt signing, the buyer's agent did not connect with the buyer to realize the warranty did not make It into the closing documentsAfter closing, we understand the buyer had multiple issues with plumbing and appliances and we were told, tried to reach her agentWhen her agent was not available, the buyer called Dan who explained that the deal had closed already but he did offer to buy the policy, even though there was no money in place for It at that point as the transaction was closedIt is a very unfortunate situation in which this buyer finds herself, and we at Keller Williams feel very strongly that she should not bear the brunt of this situation herselfWe are willing to pay $and share the cost with her agent in making her wholeWe know that the firm representing her did not come to her aid in making sure the original contract had her desires nor bothered to change the contract when discovering the issue, nor even came to her aid at signing, and closing and thus own the bulk of the responsibilityI would hope that they will step up to the plate and take responsibility for their inactions on her behalf

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I am finding that the truth is not being told regarding the Home Warranty. I was never offered a warranty. The Realtor from Keller-Williams offered to assist me in finding a warranty. The exact words he stated was "there is no money to purchase one, [redacted] made money off the sale of the home have her pay for it". I do not appreciate all the back and forth between realtors and the blaming of each other. I am finding this very unprofessional and not in the customers best interest. I do appreciate [redacted] actually taking the time and working something out. I gave all receipts that I could find to both realtors. After speaking to [redacted] of [redacted] it is evident she is not taking responsibility for this. my receipts totaled 3191 and am requesting for this amount returned. The leaking of the bathroom plumbing alone is costing an additional 600 dollars as the floor has to be pulled up and the tub surround and backer boards still have to be replaced. The multiple plumbing problems in the bathroom have been the main problem with the kitchen ceiling having to be redone and all plumbing from bathroom. During all this the appliances gave out and the heat went out blowing cold air throughout the downstairs. It has been a snowball effect and extremely upsetting I could get no help  I have been working on this starting last October with repairs and replacements. I have been trying to get warranty information since about the same time. Only to find out in January the warranty was never paid and it had expired. It is now May and still have no resolution of this problem. I am asking for this to be resolved as soon as possible. Sincerely,[redacted]
