Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I CONTACTED THE SALEMAN SAME DAY I OFUND OUT IT NEEDED ADDITTIONAL WORK I HAD TRUCK REINSPECTED OIL CAN HENREY SAID NO OIL LEAK BUT DEFANIFTLY NEED POWERSTEERING PUMP AND PARKING BREAK ASSMBLY I AM NOT LOOKING FOR MONEY I AM SUCESSFUL IN WHAT I DO FOR FOR A LIVING I DONT NEED ANY MONEY I SIMPLY NEED THE PARTS IVE ALREADY PAID FOR THE LABOR I SIMPY NEED POWESTEERING PUMP AND PARKING BREAK ASSEMBLY AS WELL AS THE MONEY FOR THE CALIPER I HAVE THE RECIPT SO OBVIOUSLY I BOUTHT THE PART I BELIVE THIS IS NOTHING MORE THAN A SHADY CAR DEALER THAT BANDAIDED THIS RIG UP AND IS UNWILLING TO FIX WHAT WAS NEED IM NOT ASKING FOR ANYTHING OBOVE WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE YOU WOULD THINK THEY HAD ENOUGH INTEGRATY TO FIX THE PROBLEMS I WOULD GLADLY DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN IF THEY WOULD OWN UP TO FIXING THIS RIG I BUY RIGS A YEAR AND MOST FOLKS STAND BEHIND THEIR RIG AGAIN I DO NOT NEED THE MONEY THIS IS NOT ABOUT MONEY THIS IS NOT ABOUT MONEY AN INDIVIDUAL SHOULD NOT HAVE TO BUY A RIG AND THEN IMEDITLY PUT PARTS ON IT AS IS OR NOT Sincerely, [redacted]

Customer purchased a $20,Motor home with a personal check from an out of state financial institutionWe hold ALL titles until checks clearThis is 100% realistic and standard industry wideThe customer declined to allow us to process DMVIf we would have been able to process the DMV title
transfer then we would have legally been able to give them a Day trip permitUnfortunately, the Oregon State DMV will NOT allow a dealer to issue a temporary trip permit unless that dealer processes the DMV title applicationThe title was over night USPS on 2/14/18 (days after they issued the personal out of state bank check) at 12:scheduled to be delivered by 2/15/The tracking number is *** In Oregon a dealer legally has up to days to provide the title to any customerThe customers knew and were told at the time they took delivery of the vehicle that the vehicle would need DMV processed and would be taking the vehicle as-isWe were very clear about all the DMV fees and processing and she was insistent upon processing dmv herselfThe customers also had plenty of time to drive to the local dmv and purchase their own trip permit knowing that we could not issues oneThis customer is being very unrealistic and unreasonable to assume that any business would not VERIFY funds before releasing the vehicle and the Title especially when the funds are issued by an out of state bank that will traditionally take longer to clear. I feel we have been very up front and accommodating to this customer

On November 10th 2016 Mr. [redacted] purchased a 2004 Ford F35O Diesel Truck As-15. Mr [redacted] physicallyinspected and Test drove the vehicle himself. Mr. [redacted] traded in a 2002 Dodge Ram 3500 Pickup truck and wetook it As-IS from him. The Day Mr. [redacted] arrived to purchase the truck he noticed...

the Breaks on the vehicle wereshuttering a little. He came back and pointed out that the truck would need Break Pads soon.
We agreed that the Truck did need Break Pads. We offered to purchase New Break Pads and Break Rotors for thefront and the Rear of the Vehicle. He was ok with that and informed us he working in a shop and would happily havehis guys install them or he would the work himself.
Mr. [redacted] was happy and left with the brand new parts we had just purchased for him. Mr. [redacted] had onlyrequested that the Truck Fuel was filled up when he purchased it. We filled the truck up and he went on his way. Mr. [redacted] Then called back about a week later and informed us the he had replaced the breaks out insisted that we reimburse him for the costs. We informed Mr. [redacted] that he did purchased the vehicle AS-IS and we had already agreed and he had been fine with parts we bought being sufficient enough. 
Ultimatley Mr. [redacted] did sign a Purchase Order on 11/09/2016 showing the vehicle being as is and him beengiven appropriate amount of time to inspect the vehicle.
We Feel that the truck and the deal Mr. [redacted] agreed upon was a solid deal at the time of the Transaction andMr. [redacted] is just looking for money. When the vehicle was here there were no leaks nor were there any issueswith the truck other then it needing Break pads which we happily agreed to provide for him.
