We have had the stove for a couple of weeks We called the consumer to set up delivery but we have not heard from the consumer

Thank you for your letter regarding this service callWhile we understand your desire to have your refrigerator repaired we believe there is a fundamental error in the understanding of how appliance repair for a complex refrigerator worksWe went out to the home and diagnosed the refrigeratorFor that we have a diagnosis feeThis charge covers the cost to figure out what is wrong with the customers applianceWhile the customer may say ice make me isn’t working there are reasons for that and in some cases one part not working and other times multiple parts not workingWe did over 18,calls last year and most times can diagnose with accuracyThere are times that a part will need to be replaced and that solves the problemOther times a second part is also requiredThis of how breaks on a car workYou have the pass and you also have the rotorsIf the original statement is that the breaks are going bad one doesn’t know the rotors are bad until the pads are taken offSimilar case hereIn fact in the case of a car repair they would charge for the labor for bothBut that didn’t happen hereWe only charged for the original labor quotes and the additional when we came back outThe belief that the first wasn’t needed is a assessment by someone who doesn’t understand the components of th internal working of a refrigeratorIn good faith we did not charge a ligetimate charge for additional laborThe customer has spoken with the manager and was told that we will not credit a part that was needed especially when additional charges should have been paid by the customerThis repair should have been another $We will not be crediting parts that were needed to repair a customer owned broken applianceWe were called to repair a refrigerator and while it took additional parts no no parts charges were applied in order to assist the customerWe believe that we have full filled our side of the business transactionThe refrigerator now works and is under warranty for those parts and laborIf additional issues arise we will return with no additional fee if it relates to those partsAs always there will never be a return fee on the diagnosis

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This response does not align with what we were advised throughout this issueI do not want the company to misrepresent the actions they took and the lack of service we received It was made clear throughout that delays were due to issues with scheduling, broken down trucks, not having a chance to, etc We had requested to be updated on the progressWe were never contacted by the business; the only updates came when were initiated contact Aaron clearly stated, on our last phone call, that the seller decided to buy the fridge so they 'stuck our name' on another model they got in the warehouseSince we are never contacted and were not advised of these changes until very late in the process, we were forced to find a fridge elsewhere and we're left extremely dissatisfied We did receive a refund and are satisfied with this resultI should like to make clear that when we requested that it be refunded and the financing account closed out, we were not given any information regarded the time frame, even though we specifically askedWe asked for a follow up to confirm, and never received itI finally called and spoke with Carmen who advised he didn't really know if it was closed out but he saw a zero balance so it might have been This Revdex.com response from the business is the first time we received actual confirmationI was just hoping I wouldn't receive a bill of collection notice within the year for an account I asked to have closed The response from the company is either blatantly false, or the information we received throughout the 2-month same and subsequent return process was and inaccurate I do not accept having a falsehood as an accepted response go there issue at hand Sincerely, [redacted]
