Hi,I just wished to send a quick response in regards to the complaint.I had actually already reached out to mr[redacted] to start resolving his concerns prior to receiving the letter of complaint from the Revdex.com I have been working hard to make sure all of his concerns are addressed and things are wrapped up to his satisfaction I am currently waiting back for a response to an email I sent him to make sure I have done everything he wished to his satisfaction and have not forgotten anything in order to conclude this to his satisfaction.My hope was to resolve this between Mr [redacted] and myself and I did not wish to disrespect him by discussing the details He was unhappy and the bottom line is once I knew that it is my job to do my best to set it to right directly with him Which I hope I did and he will agree to close the complaint and remove the details of the complaint from being published online.Thank you,Tara Willamette Valley Rentals, LLCPO Box [redacted] Philomath, OR 97370Phone: [redacted] Email: [redacted]
