Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This is not true from the Manager, she has been stealing our stuff for over a yearThis never happened the first year of staying here until she came here For the police being called I was the one who called them first because of harassment and theft from the Manager/office staff She got mad when I confronted her about stealing our property and telling me someone came in the park and stole them I asked questions about our property and she got mad because she had been lying about stealing our belongings Once she found out I hired an Attorney, she starded retaliating against us and harassing us on a daily basis When my yrold grandson and I went to buy some snacks from the rv store hereShe stood up and started screaming at my grandson And I infront of her grandaughter who is in my grandsons class room She told us that she would never do anything for us again and that she had the right to refuse service to all of you, her exact words, and that to get out What does all of you mean? Since this criminal act on the Manager/office staff, I have had to consult several Attorneys for a possible lawsuit for discrimination Also not to mention that the office called the police and wanted my year old grandson arrested for knocking over a few plastic flamingos They want him arrested but it's OK for them to steal, harass and discriminate against us This criminal act on the Manager/office staff has had a great impact on my whole family We will not tolerate this criminal behavior This unprofessional and incompetent Manager/office stall should be terminated as soon as possible This is what I am asking for during the discrimination and harassment process with the courts It seems that this will just have to be settled in court by a judge I'll be asking for video tapes of what happened during all of our discussions regarding this criminal behavior of the Manager/office staff They have cameras in the office that are supposed to be working, I guess we will find out if they areCameras don't lie Thank you, [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted]

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this issue. Unfortunately I am forced to collect and secure this guests belongings, this has been an ongoing problem for two years. Her grandson is rarely supervised and continually leaves his multiple bicycles, scooters, ride-on's and...
misc. toys randomly scattered around the 14 acre property in other guest sites as well as in the middle of the roads. These items are collected (typically in the evening hours) and held in safe keeping until such time as they are requested returned. These items are always returned as they were most recently. The reason this falls on my shoulders is due to the numerous complaints by other guests, she is unapproachable and combative anytime these issues are addressed. I have most recently been forced to lock myself in the office and call local law enforcement due to her threats and intimidation to myself and harassment of my staff.
While unrelated, a guest agreement may be terminated by Willamette Wine Country RV Park under the ORS 90.427 without cause upon 30 days written notice. We have served her with 60 days written notice of termination of the month to month agreement.
Our office does send notice to guests that are not in compliance with their monthly agreement such as being illegally parked etc... This is not harassment it is simply enforcing the property policies.
We pride ourselves in maintaining a safe, clean facility with friendly staff.
