This letter is response to the complaint made by [redacted] against our company. The concern was assigned an ID of [redacted] was offered a full refund on a four wheel drive unit that would do anything that she needed the unit to do and more.The golf cart is still warranty... registered in her name therefore is considered "used" to us as we cannot sell it as "new" even though it never left our shop. We do have a policy that is clearly stated in our shop which is no returns on carts. [redacted] has left negative reviews on a variety of social media sites and filed different complaints with many different organizations. The $500 was offered back to her if she was to remove her reviews she had posted. Unfortunately, she has chose not to remove the negative reviews in order to receive the full refund and has not made an effort to return our phone calls. I am not satisfied, The only reason that they are offering a refund now is because of my negative reviews of their business. I did not write these reviews to blackmail them to give me a refund. I wrote them to warn future customers about their sales tactics, If their response had been to apologize and admit that they did not handle this correctly, I would have been inclined to amend my reviews to acknowledge that the company handled things properly in the end. Everyone makes mistakes. However, they continue to deny, defend and point fingers, without any factual basis, which is not a satisfactory resolution of the matter. Accordingly, my complaint with the Revdex.com and the other reviews I have posted will remain in place. Please note in your files that my complaint was not resolved to my satisfaction. Thank you for your efforts.
