The staff are either incompetent or worst yet thievesEvery procedure I have ever had encountered billing issues The receptionist would tell me a bill is paid or give me an amount to pay, I would finish paying and she would "forget" to add something to the bill This usually was 300-400$ worth an error When errors were clearly made on their part they accepted zero responsibilityWorst of all, I agree to have a procedure done 100% OUT OF POCKET which cost over thousand dollars I promptly paid the amount requestedweeks later I received a notification in the mail almost a month later saying there was an attempted charge on the insurance I called the receptionist to ask why and she said "There was a billing error but don't worry ill just talk with your insurance company" keep in mind insurance was not to be involved for this procedure We agreed to pay out of pocket and yet she was going to "Correct" a billing error on her part by charging my insurance without any notification whatsoever! Had I not opened the mail I would have no knowledge of such a chargeAt my wits end and about to leave, I was told that I could come in for a free cleaning, I should have known better but I decided to go After the cleaning I asked the receptionist twice and looked her eye to eye and asked her "Do I owe anything?" she tells me no and that she is absolutely sure A month later I get a 200$ bill in the mailWhen I confronted the actual Dentist about all that I have gone through, he seemed totally nonchalant, as if he could care less In his mind it was all the confusion of some insurance company and it was my responsibility no matter what When I pointed out billing errors were made on all of the "Out of pocket" procedures, he seemed unmovedIt's quite possible they are all in some schemeI would avoid this business with every fiber of my being Please beware at literally your OWN COST!
