I called this pest control service and explained to them on the telephone that? a previous pest control service had been to my property, and had told me that they could not guarantee their work because of the nature of my specific house.? I was hoping to get pest control, and I wanted to know my options.? THE PERSON ON THE PHONE SPECIFICALLY TOLD ME THAT THEY TYPICALLY CHARGE FOR HOME VISITS, BUT THAT, DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE CALL, THERE WOULD BE NO CHARGE FOR THE ESTIMATE.? I appreciate that these services cost money, and? I WAS SPECIFICALLY TOLD THERE WOULD BE NO CHARGE.? Have you spoken to the person who answers your phones?? You need to stand by what your employees tell your customers.? What kind of integrity does it demonstrate by going back on this SPECIFIC offer made by your company?!?!
