The customer ordered the incorrect part. No where in the listing does it state that it fits any one mower. It simply states that it is an Original Sears Craftsman [redacted] [redacted]. Lower. Now This is the reason we will not pay for the customer to return the part to us. We can not tell...

customer what will fit his mower as he has not once provided us with the model number off of the bagger system he has, also you can not tell anyone it will fit a specific mower as you have to have the model number for the bagger system its self to look up not the mower. Here is the link directly to the listing so it can be read and seen its self. https://www.amazon.com[redacted] The customer is unwilling to except his own mistake. He is being unreasonable as we told him that we would issue a full refund if he will ship the item back to us.

I am rejecting this response because:
I have documented in email 3 different times that I sent the model number and they continuously refuse to help at all. I called prior to ordering and they confirmed it was the right part, so I ordered it. The website link that is shown I've taken a screenshot where it shows that it will fit my mower. That in conjunction with calling to confirm prior to ordering if it doesn't fit then it's simple, either they shipped the wrong part, or it was there mistake telling me the wrong. You can also see in the email I've attached as evidence that I've provided multiple times the model on my mower, and haven't been told the correct model number if this isn't. I confirmed with them verbally, then on the link that this was the correct part. The email chain is also logged with Amazon so it can be validated, the fact that he said I didn't provide the model number after I specifically called them out for giving it to them and complaining about lack of response is pretty obvious how unethical this company is.

You sent a model number AFTER you ordered the part, we tried to help in any way possible. The part purchased is an accessory item not sold with the unit nor can it be verified by the mower model number only. We have already spoken to Amazon and they sided that our request for confirmation that the incorrect part number is with in their guidelines. As stated before if we had in fact shipped the incorrect part number we would issue a full refund along with the shipping cost back. As you refuse to open the package and tell us anything we will not help. You are abusing the system and how it works by trying to keep the product and get your money back as well. Further more the decision bored on the products are open for any and everyone to give an answer so unless you sent a direct question asking if it would work then NO NO ONE AT THIS COMPANY HAS TOLD YOU IT WOULD FOR SURE FIT. Amazon advised us to send you one response asking you to return the product and once it was returned and it was in fact the wrong item we would be glad to refund you the price and the shipping cost.

I am rejecting this response because:
You have done anything but help. I've asked multiple times what the actual part number is and you refuse to answer. I've asked for a prepaid shipping label and you refuse, frankly you've done nothing except be rude, ask me the same question that I answer repeatedly and avoid anything that resembles customer services. I did send the model number after when asked by your worker in fact sent it 3 times. Although that is a change in your story since your response here on Revdex.com I guess posting the proof in the email thread forced you to change your tune. That fact is completely irrelevant to the fact that I called prior to ordering the part and someone from your company confirmed it was correct. Thus making it the wrong part and your fault.  We know the part is wrong because it doesn't fit my mower, there is no question it doesn't fit. I am not abusing the system by requesting a pre paid label. As a matter fact when we spoke today you told me to "find another way to get your shipping paid" very rudely. I am asking for a prepaid shipping label, so I can then ship the part back to you. This is the way every single other amazon return has every worked. Why would I want to keep a part that doesn't even fit my mower, that is just a big piece of plastic doesn't even make sense. Also it seems that you have a reputation doing this sort of thing.. As far as 2008 as report by ripoff report. It appears you are simply a scammer and a criminal ripping people off. Here is the link:[redacted]In fact other people on your google reviews say the same thing you scammed them out of shipping. This is a common thing for you.
I am asking for a return shipping label which is a reasonable request and very standard for returns on amazon.
