This company needs to hire professional and reliable people. I am furious with the level of incompetence from office staff, management and aide services. When we have complaints there is always an excuse. Customer service is a joke, no one takes the patient or patients family seriously. The aides have been caught sleeping on the floor, not doing their jobs, constantly late to shift, drinking on the job, and even brandishing weapons. I have had to turn down so many full time jobs because of the incompetence in this company and I can't take it anymore! Attorney General complaint may be next.
