Consumer called and said the Business got in contact with them and the issue is resolved

Because Mrs [redacted] paid for her purchase with a check, our policy is to wait ten days for the check to clear, per our bank's suggestion, before a refund is given The ten day waiting period fell on a date when [redacted] , owner and sole check signer, was out of town at furniture market This was explained to Mrs [redacted] and she was told that upon ***'s return, a check would be written and placed in the mail I, [redacted] , am back at the store and a refund check has been placed in the mail Thank you [redacted]

Costumer made purchase on 5-21-13. They called for repair on sofa, chair, and TV stand. I went to look at merchandise. Normal...

procedure is to turn it in to warranty company. They have the option to repair or replace. First they request price on parts and labor. If the parts are not available they may replace. This can take 4-8 weeks from the beginning.
When I called consumer to re select he made mention he did not really want to pay anymore. I told him anything over the price of your set you would be charged for. From what I understand when they came back the second time they saw the set they looked at on sale for $1299 marked down from $1738. He also asked three times how much his credit was and he was told $1058. We told them we could take care of this when it came in. The items were ordered and the consumer would be called when we received the goods. From what I see here the costumer ordered a sofa and love seat to replace a sofa and chair.
