William A. Price Reviews (1)
On Saturday July 28, 2012 I went to Price's Service Center to have an oil change and state inspection completed on my vehicle. Upon completion of their services, I approached my car, opened my door and found that the driver's side front seat had oil stains all over it. I immediately went inside to notify the manager who then proceeded to call out his staff to see who was responsible. Both staff members denied leaving oil residue on my seat and both told me that I was responsible for the stains and that I had rubbed the oil into my seat. Clearly, there was no way that I could have left oil stains on my seat as my shorts were clear of stains. Nothing was done to remedy the situation by the business manager and I acutally had to contact the owner of Price's Service Center (who also owns a body shop) to have them clean the seat.Further, the cost for my oil change and state inspection was over $94.00. Granted, my vehicle uses synthetic oil, but that price is astronomical. I have had numerous oil changes on my vehicle using synthetic oil and they have not cost me that much.
