I hired him to survey my property, I wanted to know where my property line was on my neighbors side which is on the east side of mine. What he did was move the town property stake, that was there for 33 yrs that I have lived here, to the west about 3 feet shorting the town of [redacted] property. I questioned him about it and he said the person who did the town survey made a mistake. He did another survey back on Dec. 5, 1986 for me. Then I bought property from the town of [redacted] adjacent to the back of my property,.07 acres. He went by that town stake for the survey and now all of a sudden it is wrong. My complaint is that I paid him to survey for me and he did everything to favor my neighbor. The way it stands now, the town is building a new office and garage, if they sell I could lose property if they move it back on both sides.
