As I stated in my other responses to this matter, it is our goal and responsibility to make our customers happy and to always do the right thing on every single jobThe right thing to do regarding this matter is to replace the toilet and we will do so simply because the customer asked us to. If the customer will go to whatever supplier she so chooses and picks out the toilet of her choice, we will gladly install the toilet of her choice at no additional charges to the customer. The toilet that we previously installed by us can be sent back to the manufacturer for a full refund payable to the customer as well so this will not cost her anything additional

With everything that has transpired, it would not be in my best interest to continue do business with Roy's Rooter. I paid an excessive amount of money for a toilet that has never worked properly. I want full refund of my money paid, and for Bob *** to come and get his toilet. Thank you,Marion Dukes-Harper
