I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
These are blatant lies that they have statedI have witnesses who were there during each of these incidentsMy wife being one, my parents visiting being another These complaints were brought to their attention each time because there was a problemThe fact that the business is lying about this only serves to prove their unprofessional behavior

The apartments are cheaper than most in Greenville and still not worth what you pay to live there; better off living somewhere else Apartments are poorly remodeled with cheap appliances; evident that they did not invest in quality work Building * parking lot floods whenever it rains or drizzles (good luck getting to or from your car) There are stray cats and dogs throughout the property that management claims not to have time to handle or claims not see (I know that not to be the case) Office and maintenance staff doesn’t mind letting you know by their demeanor they do not care about your concerns Cannot express how disappointed I am in this place
We notified the residents that we would be re paving the parking lot. No where in their lease do we promise 2 parking spaces per apartment. We never told them that they would responsible for the cost to repair their AC, it was repaired in less than 24 hours. Also to address the no water...
