repurchased all the supplies and did not ask her for any money. The only thing that needed to be fixed was the screen door, but no one was ever home. I let her know once the job is finished I need the balance of the money. The materials came to a little over $300. I purchased the supplies from [redacted] Roofing. She said she didn't want me to finish the job. I am barely making $100 on the entire job since I purchased the materials twice. The hand rail was already tore up, and I had nothing to do with that. I am willing to fix the screen door and I would like the balance of the money due of $300.

Because when he came to fix stuff he did nothi g more than put some mud on the wall. He said he would need to do it more than once. Then he showed up late and still did nothing more than get some debrie off of the grass. the next time he was supposed to meet me he did not show. In addition the main roof he burned leaked the hand rail needs to be replaced the security door needs to be replaced. I was quoted 1300 to fix the roof and took other bids to try to get it patched. He also left the down spout hanging over wires. He caused damage that should be fixed and I M still collecting bids. He also left the hose to the furnace in a position that leaked more water onto the main roof. I can add all pictures of damage caused and the firemans report
