Review: these [redacted] stepped to me (solicited) on the pretext they could fast track my loan modification. Took $1200 from me and folded the business a month later. [redacted] you America. Why for we let [redacted] screw over the working man all the time???? [redacted] you.Desired Settlement: give my money back, you[redacted]. But you won't, because you paid enough in election donations to make sure you can be a [redacted] with no hassle from the farce we call "the law" here in the states. [redacted] you [redacted].

Review: 2008 My Countrywide ARM loan was on the verge of being refi'd when BOA bought it. BOA#[redacted] Almost as soon as loan was purchased the rate went up.... BOA had been impossible to deal with, so I searched the internet for lenders to try to refi with....A man named [redacted] from McArthur Financial contacted me saying HE represented [redacted] and was will to help me get my loan straight. So I hired [redacted] and [redacted] (their associate) to work out terms with BOA or another lender and get my loan back on track..... I was told 6 months tops to get me REFI'd then started the ENDLESS PAPER SHUFFLE , faxing the same documents to ROBBIE DEBNATH over and over with NO RESULTS In DEC of 2011 BOA sent me my payment back (12/2011) , in the meantime nearly every month I'm faxing doc's to [redacted] to send to BOA .... BOA gave me a trial payment $50 less than what my payment was when I got behind and hired [redacted] & ASSOC. (paid them 3,500.00 in installments to help me) In the 3 years they supposedly have been haggling about my loan BOA Now tells me I own them $21,000.00 in late fee's, lawyer fee's misc fee's so with them dropping my interest rate to 4.5 and adding the 21,000.00 my loan will almost be the same payment (if not more) that I had when I got behind .... Of Course Now, [redacted]'S phone line [redacted] is a busy signal 24 hrs a day (I know I've tried) their FAX NUMBER DISCONNECTED 1800 518 0956 I feel like [redacted] & BOA strung me along since 2011.... IN THE MEANTIME with BOA I have had 7 DIFFERENT LOAN MANAGERS in this period. [redacted] AND NOW [redacted] So it's no wonder it's taken almost 3 years to get my loan refi'd I feel like I'm paying for BOA'S mis-management of my refi GOODRICH played til they got their money from me and then just dropped outta sight leaving me to deal with BOA I feel like I was scammed by [redacted] and now left to be SLAMMED by BOA I really need REAL HELP thank you [redacted] -Desired Settlement: for [redacted] to refund my 3500.00 and for BOA to drop those 21,000.00 in (MISMANAGEMENT) FEES WHERE MY 4.5% WOULD ACTUALLY HELP ME KEEP MY HOME.... OR DROP ME TO 1% AND REFIGURE THOSE FEES WOULD BE A FAIR RESOLUTION [redacted] BOA#[redacted]

On September **, 2013, the Federal Trade Commission seized all the assets of MacArthur Financial Services and the firm which was processing this loan modification for Mr. [redacted]. Prior to that time, my firm had been working diligently trying to obtain an acceptable loan modification for Mr. [redacted] despite the absolute lack of cooperation by Bank of America. Now that the FTC has seized these assets and turned off the phone lines, it is impossible to continue working on this modification. It is my understanding that the FTC will provide all loan modification clients an alternate method for continuing their loan modification applications. However, in the mean time and until the FTC releases control over these assets which include the computers and all records related to Mr. [redacted]'s loan modification, there is nothing my firm can do for Mr. [redacted].
