The management company is not managing our subdivision Over the past years, it has gone downhill
Over the past few years the subdivision taken on the appearance of a slum like area Especially when entering the subdivision on Patriot Blvd There are homes that have had shutters missing for over yearsThe homes that do have shutters, need them painted They have faded to the point that they appear gray People have shingles missing from their roofs that were taken off by a Hurricane over months agoShrubbery is growing so large that it is becoming trees Yard maintenance in not happeningIn the summer, grass grows up to a foot tall in some of these yards People are parking on sidewalks Cars are on jacks It is a nightmare The management firm is to help ensure that maintenance is ongoing so that our properties do not lose value They could not possibly be addressing these issues
There are privacy fences that are bowed, warped, and falling down
