I thank you for your quick response regarding this matter Mr [redacted] maybe working diligently on my father's estate, but would he not benefit from having a secretary to take some of the work load off him? Bank of America called me twice in November and once in December, saying they can't get any response from Mr [redacted] , so that is news to me that he has responded.Plus I let Mr [redacted] know me and my siblings are not close and a little of the history, thought it might help him with the case Mr [redacted] may be in contact with my brother [redacted] , but I have yet to hear anything Mr [redacted] has my number I quit calling Mr [redacted] because I see no point in it And once again, me and my brother did everything Mr [redacted] requested of us I'm no attorney, I thought that once the estate was settled that is when everyone and the creditor gets their money And what's left is split ways between myself, brother, sister and her dtr.I'm sure Mr [redacted] is doing his job but he's not good at keeping me informed so I have no idea what to say when the creditors call me, that Mr [redacted] claims I should I would think that is his job, the creditor call him 1st My brother is hard of hearing so he has no idea how to handle everything We done everything that was asked of us At least I know where we are at in my father's estate Mr [redacted] claims he's very busy, understandable, but he missed the dead line for the judge we had the information he requested So that would be on him not us.Thank you to the Revdex.com and Mr [redacted] for responding I greatly appreciated it.Yours truly [redacted] [redacted]

In response to Ms. [redacted] , I have been working diligently on her father's estate. Not all of the information I requested was properly provided to me and I have had to spend countless more hours of work trying to acquire the information. Regarding the matter of me not giving correct... days or times is false. All the parties signed a sworn statement at my office in front of a notary public that stated the date in which documents were due. Now Ms. [redacted] is claiming she did not know correct dates despite signing an official court document with the date as well as me reminding her several times. Ms. [redacted] 's brother and I have been in contact throughout the process. I tried to keep me [redacted] updated but she chose to call me countless times just complaining about her family. Due to extra hearings (all because the family could not get along), several meetings, countless phone calls and lack of proper cooperation from Ms. [redacted] I have had to spend more than four times the amount of time on this file I have actually billed for. I have also explained to her brother he is entitled to reimbursement from the estate for my fees and he fully understands. I cannot get started on a probate without being paid some money up front. The filing fees alone are nearly $400 and it is not my responsibility to front the money. Mr. [redacted] was referred to me through a mutual colleague and I completed his Will exactly how he requested me to do as this is my job. I have also been in contact with Bank of America a number of times despite the fact this was a matter in which Ms. [redacted] could have handled. Many times I would request Ms. [redacted] to take care of certain matters, as is customary for clients to do during any probate proceeding, and she typically responded by saying she did not really understand and that I should just handle it. Many of the requests were simple requests that all attorneys ask of their clients. The Probate is still being worked on and finally nearly done after all of the extra time and efforts I have made.
